Bloomington Bourbon Barrel Blast
Folks from Indiana may not be thought of as aggressive, but honey, that is just the way we roll. We've smuggled in some bourbon barrels from down south to age our sauce, adding a caramely, smoky bite. It's thicker than other hot sauces - put a little on the side of your plate and get ready for some Hot Hoosier Heaven!
Ingredients: Vinegar, Habanero peppers, salt, spices (aged in bourbon barrels)
